✨Madvent Day 24 ✨ Our 24th and final brew of the month is Tara, a Pedro Ximénez Barrel Aged Imperial Stout from Lough Gill Brewery and Boann Distillery Tara is a 14.8% Pedro Ximénez Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, offering a blend of rich flavours. With its deep black colour and captivating aromas of dried fruits, caramel, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee, Tara is an irresistible indulgence. Each sip unveils a combination of creaminess and Pedro Ximénez sherry sweetness, culminating in a rich, satisfying finish. We want to thank everyone who bought our #Madvent Box this year! Madvent Day 22 🥳 Our 22nd brew of the month is Illuminator a Doppelbock from Galway Bay Brewery A beefy classic of Southern German brewing. Illuminator is 7.9% ABV, brewed with Pilsner malt and three types of Munich malt. With a rich and complex caramel character, thanks to a double decoction mash and a two-hour boil, you can expect notes of molasses, raisins, and plums. Madvent Day 20 🥳 Our 20th brew of the month is Stark an IPA from Hopfully Brewing This IPA pale cloudy yellow in colour. It is packed with Motueka, Galaxy and Citra hops creating hits of tropical fruits such as mango, peach and guava. It's citrus and fruity aromas is balanced well with a lightly sour taste.
