💥💥AN DÚLAMÁN MEMORIES OF ASIA GIN💥💥

An Dúlamán Memories of Asia is the latest addition to the An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin collection from Sliabh Liag Distillers. Unlike the editions that have come before it, which are love letters from the Donegal Coast, this expression is inspired by travels to the other side of the globe. Created and distilled in Donegal, this distinctive and innovative expression was inspired by Gin Distiller, and Founder, Moira Doherty’s time spent in Asia.
For this edition, three seaweeds have been replaced with seven exciting new ingredients; Oolong Tea, Ginger, Sesame Seeds, Hibiscus Flowers, Sakura (Japanese Cherry Blossom preserved in salt), Star Anise and Kaffir Lime Leaves. These ingredients come together beautifully and capture the flavours and aromas synonymous with Hong Kong life.
ABV: 41%

👉Made from 100% certified organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
45% of this vintage was fermented in neutral French oak to add complexity and weight. Marlborough offers such incredible fruit flavour, this oak fermentation helps to just ease some these forward characters. The wine still delivers the quintessential characteristics of a Marlborough to meet expectations but as a smoother wine, it’s incredibly food & Netflix friendly.

The Legendary Red Silkie has been finished in Rioja and Ribera red wine casks, the Ribera del Duero wine region lies just to the east of the final resting place of Red Hugh O’Donnell at the Castle of Simancas in Spain. Wines from the Ribera region tend to be full bodied with firm tannins while Rioja wines lead with big fruit flavours. This combination of wine cask finishes gives the whiskey extraordinary depth of character, matched with the signature softness of the award-winning Silkie blend.
