Alright, it’s been a while since our last post. Not because we aren’t working though, it’s because we’ve been sidetracked and experimenting on other alcoholic beverages such as sake! We still love wine, especially those that are easy drinking yet complex enough for food pairing!

With aromas of red fruits and vanilla which is also evolving towards tertiary notes such as cobble stones and smoke, this velvety pinot noir is our go-to for pairing with the everyday Cantonese cuisine as well as for a casual get together with friends🍷

Off dry and penetrating with ripeness, it's a bolder, richer expression of kabinett that's to be expected in such a ripe vintage. Delicious young but it is concentrated enough to hold well through 2027 at least.
