今次都係Barrel aged 不過係同wine
仲有佢地用champagne 樽🍾入樽
感覺好似飲緊wine咁

Ripasso Rosso 2019 was brewed using post-ferment Four Acres Shiraz marc, from vines planted in 1879.

Three Fingered Jacks
Style: Barrel Aged Brett Saison｜ABV: 5.4%｜375ml

Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Mornington Peninsula Brewery during our annual Brewer For A Day event during the 2018 edition of Sydney Beer Week (RIP), this beer is a love letter to one of our favourite old world styles.

Primary ferment was carried out in three 500L French oak puncheons using Saison yeast alongside three different Brettanomyces strains, followed by a further twelve months maturation. Initial aromas of pineapple and citrus evolve to white grape and vanilla. These are mirrored on the palate with a lightly tart summer fruit up front and toasted coconut on the finish.

Ripasso Rosso
Style: Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale｜ABV: 6.1%｜375ml

Ripasso Bianco 2019 was brewed using Belford Single Vineyard Chardonnay marc, from vines planted in 1991.

Brewed with Fineprint's Peel Street blend giving lovely aromas of coffee, berry fruit and a little nuttiness with a beautiful dark roastiness and liquorice on palate.

Purple Rain
Style: Kettle Sour｜ABV: 4.5%｜330ml

Pours a beautiful deep purple with great foam retention, lots of nice floral notes from the lavender and plenty of citrus coming through. Nice lemon zest with a crisp and refreshing finish.

Little Rich Lupulins V.10
Style: Hazy IPA｜ABV: 6%｜330ml

Packed full of newly arrived 2021 crop hops giving ripe stone fruit with nice peach and apricot coming through with some bubblegum and citrus on aroma. Super smooth and bursting full of juicy fruit.

The aroma is a mix of mango and wheat. The flavour is of very strong mango and is very sweet. Some wheat and lemons are also in the flavour, but the mango is the dominant flavour component.
