Mango No. 5

- Ice Cubes
- 1⅓ Parts Absolut Vodka
- ⅔ Part Lime Juice
- ⅔ Part Triple Sec
- ⅓ Part Simple Syrup
- 1⅓ Parts Mango Juice

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

It’s “thyme” for a new Cointreau cocktail recipe, but this one is extra special 🌿 Herbaceous, fruity, and so tasty, the Raspberry Thyme Margarita is the most delicious way to celebrate the first day of Spring! Comment your favorite 🌼 emoji. Let’s get mixing:

1. Combine 30 ml of Cointreau, 45 ml of blanco tequila, 20 ml of fresh lime juice, 3 raspberries, and 2 sprigs of thyme to shaker with ice
2. Shake and fine strain into a rocks glass over ice
3. Garnish with raspberries and a thyme sprig.

Iain’s farewell dram.

Before locking the Lagavulin warehouse doors for the last time after an incredible 53 years, the legendary Iain McArthur hand-filled just 212 bottles of 18-year-old Lagavulin.

Personally selected by the man himself, the bottling is finished in second-fill Manzanilla casks, with notes of smouldering wood embers, ripe orchard fruits and an aromatic spiciness.

18 bottles will be available to buy from the distillery only through a ballot. Drop by our distillery and add your name to the list between Friday 15th to Monday 18th December for an opportunity to purchase.

Wherever you may be, join us in raising a glass to Iain and his lifetime contribution to Lagavulin lovers all around the world.
