We are looking to hire someone to make our ice cream which is made on site. Full training will be provided, so no experience necessary. The suitable candidate will be trained on creating the base mix for all the ice cream we make and also be shown how to create all the ice cream flavours. The suitable candidate must have excellent hygiene standards due to the controlled environment to produce the ice cream and will also need to maintain good stock levels throughout the busy summer periods. The position is full time and the shift pattern can be flexible and agreed with the owner on offer of employment. Ideally candidates will be hardworking, have good time management skills and can work well under pressure. Any successful candidates will be on 6 month probationary period, as per employment policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£13.00 per hour

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join are amazing team at Jakes. The role includes serving customers gifts, toys, ice cream, hot drinks, snacks and other refreshments, cleaning and stocking up. We also sell convenience items, alcohol and to***co products. We understand that at this difficult time, families and individuals may be self isolating, or are unable to get out to the shops to get essentials.
Jake's are now offering free deliveries of groceries to lulworth residents during shop opening hours (subject to availability).
We are cleaning and sanitising thoroughly throughout the day, and every care will be taken to prevent the spread of COVID19, with gloves being worn from packing to delivery.
