We are thrilled to announce we've been awarded a gold star ⭐️ in this year's Great Taste Awards for our Malvern Inky Pink (Chilli) Bitters 🌶, which describes a ‘food and drink that delivers fantastic flavour’.

Here’s what the judges said: 🌶 “These are unadulterated, uncompromising and delicious bitters. Hot, punchy notes of capsicum softened with a little fruit. Approach with caution, but decidedly worth approaching!” 🌶

And: 🌶 “Deep ruby red bitters with a deep, fiery impact. This drink must be mixed to appreciate it properly and without allowing the fire to set your mouth alight! Botanical, bitter and fiery. Sound, but must be used wisely.” 🌶

Hartlebury Ho**er 4%
A dry hopped IPA with a slight citrus/ fruity flavour and a nice hoppy aroma making it nice on the nose and pallet.

American Pale Ale 4.5%
Dry-hopped with Galaxy and Mosaic, it bursts with tropical flavours, making it the perfect choice for those seeking a refreshing and flavourful experience. The Belgian yeast fermentation brings out delightful banana notes on the nose, while the aroma blends coconut, citrus fruits, banana, and berries.

Testing the Foxbury Fields Bacchus today. Going down a treat, another hidden gem stocked by us at BrewBox.

Brand: Foxbury Fields Vineyard
Created in 1933 by viticulturalist Peter Morio by crossing Silvaner x Riesling with Muller-Thurgau varieties to create a grape that produces a fine white wine.

Originating in Germany, Bacchus has increasingly been grown in the United Kingdom. The climate being colder means the grapes tend to have increased levels of acidity compared to their German counterparts, giving a new flavour take on a classic German grape by keeping the flavor from becoming too intense or sugary.

Foxbury Fields Bacchus is a pale lime green aromatic dry white wine. The wine offers complex aromas of elderflower layered with Kiwi, grass and a herbal overlay. Well balanced with length on the palate this is a classic English Bacchus.

11.5% VOL 75cl 2019 Vintage.

This weeks beer on cask is ‘Sunshine’ 3.8% from Bewdley Brewery.

Because we all need a bit of Sunshine.. ☀️

A refreshing pale bitter in which the 100% citra hops prevail. Grapefruit aroma leads into a rich full-flavoured bitter-sweet citrus taste followed by a long bitter finish with malt coming through at the final stages.

If all delivery drivers were a ray of Sunshine like Mike Arnold from Bewdley, the world would be a better place 👌

This 5% ABV American style wheat beer (not a wit bier or weissbier) is a pale, refreshing, bready beer with a light body. It's been brewed with an exciting new experimental hop variety that gives a fabulous lime and tropical fruitiness to the beer.

Hoptimist is a delightful full bodied ale made with English and American hops. Packing a punch at 5.8% hazy, hoppy and with a fully rounded bitterness level.

LUDLOW BLONDE 4%

Blonde is an award-winning take on the classic American-style IPA. A fruity blend of our favourite exotic hops from all the world combine to create this hop-forward delight. Citrus and vibrant floral aromas are meticulously balanced with the full-bodied and crisp flavours of the finest English Maris Otter barley malt, forging a truly unmatchable and refreshing summer ale.

This weeks glorious beers on cask are from Ledbury Real Ales.

Ledbury Gold 4%

Ledbury Gold is made using two local Herefordshire hops. It is a golden bitter with a malt and hop combination that ensures it is well balanced with a honey and fruit finish.

Ledbury Bitter 3.8%

Ledbury Bitter is a traditional copper colour with a noticeably bitter start. The late addition hop provides an enjoyable finish with hints of spice and citrus.

Both exceptional brews, fully rounded from start to finish!
