To celebrate , our very own cocktail creator and mixologist Patrick Pistolesi has shared a little of the science behind the perfect NIO serve.
To Patrick, cocktail mixology is a science. His bar, Drink Kong, is akin to a laboratory - filled with bubbling vessels of extraction, distillation and dilution, whose purpose is to create ingredients that can deliver the playful interest, delicate balance and layered depth of flavour that only a great cocktail can provide.
