1. Strong piquant hard cheeses and full-flavoured cured meats match perfectly with the bitter and punchy strength of a Negroni.

2. Salty grilled meats, baked potatoes, wings or anything with a sweet and spicy glaze goes excellently with a Margarita (try a Christmas Margarita for a seasonal twist).
