Quite possibly the best Louro do Bolo ever. A couple of hours after filming this I tasted again and the wine had a Chassage-esque toasty nuttiness. Now this wine may have crept up to £28 per bottle but as we approach 2023 Burgundy En Primeur season I highly recommend bypassing a case or two of Bourgogne Blanc and sticking this in the cellar instead.
