The town and its history, the warmth of the people and the diversity, the museums, and the way of life.
As for the wine, look at the map. Even after we simplified it, the vineyards, grape varieties, locations and micro-climates.... You are on a journey.

At first sight, you notice the pale yellow color and on the first taste, it has a controlled alcohol strength, with low acidity. It says, "You can either enjoy me as an Aperitif or with a Meal" 😋
First nose: elderflower and pot pourri of white flower. Back scent of jasmine, with mineral notes and with reminiscence of the sea. Somehow there is a slight smokey note too, or maybe if was just me.
There is the right balance of bitterness to wake up your taste buds, towards the end.
You know what? As an aperitif definitely. And what next? My go to with sushi. Nailed it. With grilled fish? 👌 I can't wait to start that charcoal BBQ in days to come.
I understand why it was awarded a Gold Medal 2023.

Speaking of temperature, this is how we would recommend serving different type of wines
Opulent red and tannic: 16 - 18 °C
Fine and elegant red: 14 - 16 °C
Light red, to drink young: 12 - 14 °C
Fat and opulent white: 11 - 14 °C
Dry white: 9 - 11 °C
Soft or sweet white: 10 - 12 °C
Rosé: 9 - 12 °C
Aperitif Champagne: 7 - 9 °C
Champagne vintage: 12 - 14 °C
Remember that a degree C makes a difference.
Then vintage, vineyard and grape varieties are as many parameters to take into account to adjust to the best serving temperature within the ranges above.
