Fresh in from Burning Sky Brewery, in collaboration with Beak Brewery and Westwell Wine Estate, Biere Piquette is a fascinating blend of Saison Beer with pressed Pinot Meunière, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes that ‘blurs the boundary between low intervention beer and natural wine’.
