The great have completed the barley harvest on the farm, announcing the launch of the third and final Crop of Harvest Edition.

Sitting at 46% ABV, this release has been double matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels and Port hogsheads, alongside a single Oloroso Sherry butt.

Indulge in notes of strawberry jam and clotted cream on the nose, giving way to freshly baked apple pie and white chocolate on the palate. The finish is beautifully balanced with a hint of cracked black pepper.

If you'd like to treat yourself to a bottle as the summer slowly starts to wind down, call in-store or order online.

The amazing 'Dun Caan' organic beer from Dun Brewing has been very popular so it's back on. 🍺

Dun Caan is traditional Pilsner brewed with organic two row Pilsner malt, with a hint of Munich Malt. Hopped with Wakatu hops to give a slightly floral aroma to a beer with a refreshing, crisp finish.

'BubbaBrew' the latest sour from their Tuck Shop Series, classic strawberry bubblegum with Scottish strawberries and an adult twist at 6.0% abv.

'Sour to the People ' is a Rhubarb and Strawberry Sour with a sharp, fruity and wicked bite. Balanced with fresh sweet strawberries. 5.0% abv. 🤤🍺

GLUTEN FREE CRAFT LAGER

Taps Aff is made using the finest German Pilsner malt. Conditioned for six (long!) weeks to ensure a clean, crisp and no-nonsense lager. Vegan-friendly and now gluten free too!

GLUTEN FREE IPA

The IPA is refreshing, carefully hopped and delicious!

With citrus and floral notes from the Simcoe and Centennial hops. Vegan-friendly and now gluten free too!

In Scots, Peelywally literally means pale (like the skin tone of a Scotsman on the first day of his two week all inclusive in Gran Canaria).

BLOOD ORANGE IPA

Packed with Sicilian-grown blood orange, it's juicy, citrussy, tart, sweet and deliciously refreshing.

PEACH AND RASPBERRY SOUR

This thirst-quenching, palate-cleansing peach and raspberry sour beer is all three days of summer in a can. Soured with Lachancea yeast and bursting with peach and raspberry puree, it has a perfect balance of fruity sourness and soury fruitness.

This unique bottling has been casked in Pedro Ximenez quarter casks, with vibrant dark fruits, sweet ginger and honey.

Na Sia Single Cask Series– Through the Ages

Bordeaux Red Wine Cask Bottling -

Bold flavours and fruity notes develop in the spirit – including dried fruits, sultana, grape, Christmas cake & bread pudding.

Chinkapin Oak Cask Bottling -

The high toasting caramelises the natural sugars in the oak, adding lovely, sweet caramel and smoky barbeque flavours to the spirit.

American Rye Cask Bottling -

The flavours emulate history’s original rye whiskeys, with strong peppery, spicy flavours in a sea of fruit and butterscotch.

Thank you so much to all my friends and tour guides who have supported my whisky journey and my new venture at the Misty Bottle. Donnie certainly surprised me last week with a whole coach! 😂🙈 It was a lot of fun and great to talk about my passion to such a nice group of people. I'm loving the challenge of running the shop and meeting locals, as well as interesting visitors. The warm welcome is really appreciated.
