We are a family owned convenience store that also offers services including Lottery, Post Office, ATM, Mobile Top Up and Dry Cleaning.

We are open every day of the week. Monday - Friday: 6am-9pm
Sunday: 7am - 6pm

We can however provide free cash withdrawals from the post office in store so there is a work around 😊

Race day is underway! More than 2,000 elite runners, of all age ranges, are tackling one the of UK’s most technical cross-country courses at Llandaff Fields, Cardiff. Today’s 2024 Cardiff Cross Challenge is going to be filled with thrilling moments, and unforgettable celebrations. At SPAR, we are so honoured to be a part of this great sporting event 🎉🏃‍♂️🏅

SPAR is thrilled to be one of Welsh Athletics’ partners for tomorrow’s 2024 Cardiff Cross Challenge! Happening in Llandaff Fields, this event is a highlight of the cross-country season, drawing top talent and passionate runners from across the UK 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’ll be out and about tomorrow cheering on all of the athletes taking part!
