Further update regarding the IT attack affecting James Hall and Company. We can confirm that our systems are still affected by the attack, we have invested in a cash register and a mobile chip and pin device to enable us to resume card transactions at this time, we are still, however, working on a manual trading basis and so we continue to ask for your patience whilst we manually process purchases. The whole team would like to thank your for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented disruption and we look forward to welcoming you back to our store soon.

**Update, regarding the IT cyber attack on James Hall and company, Spar Campbell Street continues to be impacted by the ransomware attack and our till systems and card processing systems are still currently offline. We can now confirm that we will resume our normal trading hours with effect from 6am, Wednesday 8th December 2021. Please be aware at this time we will be operating on a manual trading and cash only basis, with this in mind we will be restricting the maximum number of customers allowed in store at any time and ask for your cooperation as service will be much slower than usual. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
