LVE Rosé is a brilliant, pale pink color. In the glass, it’s highly aromatic with delicate notes of peach blossom, raspberry and apricot. On the palate, crisp light notes of fresh picked strawberry and white nectarine lead to an elegant, lengthy and a mineral finish. It exudes fruitiness and elegance.

SJP Rosé x Invivo - 2019
This premium Rosé – the second release in the Invivo X,
Sarah Jessica Parker Wine Collaboration – comes from the South of France and has been crafted in partnership with a family estate from Provence, Sarah Jessica Parker (SJP) and Invivo.

The final blend was selected by SJP and Invivo over an afternoon of tasting and assessing.

WINEMAKING
The Invivo X, Sarah Jessica Parker Rosé is all about expressing the very best of the Provence vineyards we source from.
With this comes cutting‐edge technology and a ton of winemaking experience. We also try to be as sustainable as possible, with the winery almost entirely run on solar energy.
To guarantee the long living delicate aroma and flavour‐profile
of Provence Rosé requires extremely careful handling of the fruit. To that end we harvest only at night when the heat of the vineyard is at its lowest. The fruit is a mix of machine and hand harvested – machine in certain sites to ensure the shortest possible time from vine to press.
As the fruit is received at the winery it undergoes the revolutionary ‘optical sorting’ process – where the berries are
put through the de‐stemmer and on the way to the press, pass
on a conveyor where a computer visually assesses each berry.
If the berry is not of optimum integrity, a microjet of air will remove the damaged or faulty berry from the sort! This incredible technology guarantees only the cleanest, most perfect fruit make it into this wine.
From here the fruit enters the press to be gently squeezed under 100% inert nitrogen gas and finally into tank for settling and fermentation. We use a range of yeasts designed to maximise aromatic intensity but also retain mineral freshness and the wine is minimally treated on its way to bottle.

As a passionately creative person, Sarah Jessica Parker has also been instrumental in both naming the wine and designing the label.

The X and the comma directly after it, is an intentional and personal touch, referencing her signature email and Instagram post signoff: “X, SJ.”

Sarah Jessica also hand-painted the X on the original label and found the teal paint to match the exact shade of one of her favourite satin shoe colourways, “Hamilton”, from her SJP Collection label.

Our  Invivo X SJP Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé wines have been awarded with two gold medals and the Europe Rosé trophy at the 2021 New York International Wine Competition.
We are proud.
And stunned.
And honored.

This New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc was made to a special blend created by Sarah Jessica Parker with the fellas at Invivo.
The result: a tropical style with a smooth and long finish. A versatile wine that’s great with food or on its own.

The story of Andrea Bocelli’s Family’s Vineyard, is one in which is absolutely enchanting.
For four generations, the Bocelli family have been making classic wines on their Tuscan estate.
Andrea Bocelli as a young boy, was free to roam the land of his father’s vineyard much like his own 6-year-old daughter, Virginia.

Bocelli, of course, is better known as one of the most popular opera singers in modern history, with songs ranging from classical—Luciano Pavarotti was an early supporter—to contemporary collaborations with artists like Celine Dion, Ed Sheeran and fellow vintner Sting. But his family has deep roots in wine; they began selling it, along with growing wheat and raising cattle, on their farm in the town of Lajatico in 1831. Alberto and Andrea Bocelli and their family who are able to capitalize on close to 200 Years of Bocelli Family Winemaking Excellence. Here’s to another 💯!!!
