Introducing the Moore House Clover Club.

First shaken in the late 1800s as signature serve for an elite gentleman’s club of the same name, the Clover Club is recognised today as a bartender's secret weapon; almost guaranteed to make guests swoon.

This Valentine's Day, savour the sweet-sour harmony of raspberry and lemon, bolstered by the bracing botanicals of London Dry Gin, Vermouth and a drop of rose water for romance.

To elevate your serve, add a little egg white (or vegan aquafaba) to create a fluffy, pillowy, almost creamy mouthfeel, just as the original intended. Highly recommended.

Serving the North of London as a premium grocers since 2004, are known for their selective sourcing and premium range of products.

So we were delighted that our cocktails were approved to join their line up in their Primrose Hill and Hampstead Stores.

Well worth a visit to pick up something delicious created by owners Nick and Ian in their own kitchen of course accompanied by one of our cocktails!

Back in November, we were delighted to participate in the first Cocktail and Signature Serve Masters held by – the worlds’ leading spirits trade magazine, to acknowledge the rise in consumers seeking to enjoy bar-quality drinks at home.

Judged by two panels made up of industry experts and chaired by Melita Kiely and David T Smith, we were delighted that in the rum category our daiquiri received a Gold medal and was complimented for it’s “lovely aroma with some hints of elderflower”.

All awards are a of course a wonderful acknowledgment of our dedication to creating the most delicious ready to drink cocktails but it feels extra special when the praise comes from industry peers. 😊

We've had some fantastic new suppliers join the Moore House family over the past few months including in Edinburgh.

This fabulous urban farm store, run by Kit and Tim is filled with a beautiful array of artisanal and seasonal produce. They champion local small scale and independent producers and you'll find a carefully curated selection of products in their 'larder'.

If you are lucky enough to live near their friendly store, pop in to browse, have a chat to these lovely foodies and pick up something delicious.

We were delighted to be featured on ITVs Program in Steve’s Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide last week.

showcased a selection of gifts for all the family of which our ‘Build a Cocktail Box’ was one.

and Phil each sampled one of our cocktails. Holly said “God that’s good!” about our negroni and Phil proclaimed “that’s a GOOD Margarita!”

We are proud of our three Moore House Cocktail-inspired candles in collaboration with Oh James! Candle Company. Small batch and hand-poured in London, the Firenze 1919, Mid Town and Soho Caffe have each been created and inspired by one of our cocktails.

They each smell devine and when lit as you enjoy the corresponding cocktail, your sensory experience will be elevated to new heights 🕯 🍸

Have you spied our Moore House Cocktail-inspired candles on the website created in collaboration with Oh James! Candle Company.

Small batch and hand-poured in London, each candle is made with clean burning, 100% non-GMO natural soy wax, using a combination of fine fragrance and essential oils.

Inspiration for the Firenze is taken from our beautiful Negroni and pairs beautifully with it as such. A delightful sensory experience to enjoy yourself or to gift to someone.

What an incredible experience last week was at The Spirit of Christmas Fair in Olympia. It was so great to meet fellow indie brands, chat to customers and meet so many fantastic people! It got us in the festive mood and with there being just over 6 weeks until Christmas, it's full systems go!

Our gift collections were hugely popular as were our 500ml dinner party bottles as people stocked up ready to entertain.

It's bonfire night and our tipple of choice this weekend will be a Moore House Old Fashioned. A blend of premium bourbon, coconut water simple syrup, Angostura bitters and orange bitters, balanced with a touch of sea salt.

Strong, warming and delicious, the perfect accompaniment we feel to a toasted marshmallow or two…

… in this case a salted caramel one no less. (They are very good indeed!)

We are delighted to have added a number of new suppliers into the Moore House fold recently!

Welcome shop in the beautiful Archerfield Estate in East Lothian, home to the majestic Georgian Mansion in the grounds which was sympathetically restored in the 1960s by the Late 14th Duke of Hamilton.

Today the estate is home to a majestic orchard and they proudly grow their own food for the cafe and the food market is rich with gorgeous produce.

Our story

Moore House was started with a bottle of Gin, a bottle of Suze and a bottle of Lillet Blanc. For the uninitiated these are the three ingredients of a White Negroni and they are not cheap or that easy to find. So after our second White Negroni the question was, ‘how can enthusiasts like us enjoy this wonderful drink at home without the hassle and cost of acquiring multiple bottles of spirit?’ The answer became The Moore House Cocktail Company.

We want enthusiasts and those who have yet to stray into the wonderful world of cocktails to come on a journey with us. We hope you will enjoy the care and passion we put into our handcrafted cocktails.
