Remember when we said that Jaffa Cake Gin makes the best Negroni known to mankind?

Well, we still stand by our statement. So much so, that we've gone ahead and made our very own ready-to-pour Jaffa Cake Negroni!

Our concoction is made from Jaffa Cake Gin, fine Italian vermouth and an iconic Italian aperitif in the tried-and-true 1:1:1 ratio. It's all perfectly blended and bottle rested, allowing the ingredients time to integrate and harmonise, making for decidedly astonishing cocktails.

Serve over a good chunk of ice (clear ice if you've gone through that whole rigmarole and have some to hand) with an orange twist and an actual Jaffa cake on your glass like a citrus wheel.

Raspberry drip, juicy orange and tasty Jaffa Cake Gin - It's the Vampire bite you don't need to fear this Halloween! 🧛 ⁣
⁣
You will need: ⁣
50ml Jaffa Cake Gin ⁣
25ml Amaretto⁣
100ml Orange Juice (blood orange if your feeling extra scary) ⁣
Soda Water to top ⁣
Raspberry Puree (simply blitz fresh raspberries)⁣
⁣
Add the gin, amaretto and orange juice to a coup full of ice and stir. ⁣
Top with the soda water.⁣
Garnish with the raspberry Puree - spoon (or syringe is better) across rim of glass and let drip down the inside 💉

We're feeling a little classic here, with our Jaffa Cake Rum Old Fashioned. The jaffa cakey twist of the rum pairs perfectly with the zesty orange of the bitters. ⁣
⁣
Ingredients: ⁣
⁣50 ml rum, ⁣
Barspoon of sugar syrup,
Dash of orange bitters. ⁣
⁣
Simply, add lots of ice and all the ingredients to your favourite short glass, stir and garnish with an orange twist and Jaffa cake.

Passion Fruit Mule anyone? ⁣

Make the most of these last few days / weeks of Summer with this refreshing, fruity tipple. Perfect for garden parties and early Autumn BBQs alike! ⁣

You will need: ⁣
50ml Jaffa Cake Gin Passion Fruit⁣
Crushed ice⁣
150-200ml ginger beer⁣
1 Passionfruit⁣
⁣
Pour the gin into your favourite highball filled with crushed ice,⁣
Top up with the rest of the ingredients,⁣
Stir gently with a bar spoon, ⁣
Garnish with orange wedge 🍊

Passion Fruit Martini with a sprinkle of Jaffa cakey magic anyone?

To make you will need:
2 ripe passion fruits, halved⁣
60ml Jaffa Cake Gin Passion Fruit ⁣
30ml Passoa ⁣
1 tbsp lime juice⁣
1 tbsp sugar syrup⁣
Prosecco (to serve)⁣
⁣
Scoop out the centre of one of the passionfruit.⁣
Add the shaker filled with ice. ⁣
Build all other ingredients in the shaker (excluding the prosecco). ⁣
Shake well and serve into two martini glasses.⁣
Finally, top with prosecco and place half of each passion fruit on top for garnish.⁣
