I've had an exceptionally busy week myself, though interspersed of course with some lovely walksπ₯°. Aren't these views spectacularπ? This was on the SW coast path from Portreath to Porthtowan - the hills and steps certainly got my blood pumping though Rex made light work of it allππ.
We've lots of rain headed our way in the next couple of days, so my walks and runs are going to be wet - but I don't mind.

Hello, hello, from a very chilly but sunny, dry and beautiful Cornwall π₯°. How's your Monday been, all okay? I've been out for a quick jaunt on the coast path to split up my working day, and now back at my desk.
My new wholesale brochure has arrived, I'm really pleased with it, what do you think? If there are any shops you'd like to see my wares in, tell them to get in touch with me...and a brochure and price list will be winging its way to them ππ.
I'm hoping to head out for a short run tonight, no doubt I'll be gazing at the fabulous full moon as I jog along πββοΈ, I can't wait. It'll be awesome, especially once I escape the street lights.

The last 2 days have been wonderful β€, I've walked and run along the North coast of Cornwall and loved every minute of it, miles and miles and miles of stunning coastline and scenery π₯°.

. It's been a sunny, blustery day, a 'good drying day' as my Mum would say β€.
My son has had his second lockdown birthday today π, so we'll be celebrating after he finishes football with pizza...his choice.

The verges and grass banks here are covered in a blanket of bluebells, snowdrops and other wild flowers at the minute πΏπΊπ», it's simply stunning to see.

Are you all keeping well? It's been more of a Spring day today in my corner of Cornwall, not nearly so cold. In fact, a dizzy 11 degrees at one stage. Imagine ππ.
It's been a mixed bag for me with work today, admin, orders, accounts and stock sorting. But I managed a walk with Rex along the coast, though today's doggie behaviour was not his best π¬. Definitely a work in progress, baby steps and all thatπ€£π₯°.

Today's been one of those daysπ. Time for a glass of wineπ·, some chocolateπ« and possibly something on telly later. How's your day been? I got out for not one, but two walks today, as my weather app reliably informs me that tomorrow we'll have rain, rain and more rain π§.

Hello all you wonderful lot π, what a treat of a day today - I'd a fab walk by the sea in the gorgeous sunshine, it was beautiful. Are you all managing to get outside? I always feel so much better π.
