When we first set out on this journey to create a vodka it was driven by our goal of creating a sustainable sheep dairy industry in the U.K. using the byproduct whey of our cheese production. The beginning of the journey of Ewe Whey Vodka. Our soils are a precious asset and something as farmers we must do our best to preserve and improve. By looking after our land, we will turn our beautiful landscape into nutritious and sustainable food while enhancing our habitat and biodiversity. The reason we wanted to create our Vodka was to use the by product whey from our Ewenique Dairy pasture fed ewes milk cheese and turn it into a showcase of our land and journey.
