Bragdy Lleu is an award-winning craft brewery in Dyffryn Nantlle. We produce high quality beer with natural ingredients of the highest quality.

Established in 2013, we support the local economy and are passionate about the culture, history and language of Dyffryn Nantlle – the land of the Mabinogi. Every beer we brew is named after characters from the world-famous Welsh folklore legends, with elements of those characters conveyed in the unique character of each beer.

The business is evolving constantly, and by now we supply pubs across North Wales with casks and pubs, shops and restaurants all over Wales and beyond with bottles. In addition, we sell directly from the brewery and attend various events with our mobile bar, as well as supplying beer for events including weddings and celebrations of all kinds.

Welcome to Psychopomp Microdistillery. We are a small, independent distillery in Bristol. We use small, handmade copper pot stills to produce craft distilled gin in small batches and limited quantities. We create classic and seasonal recipes for our gin loving customers, and bespoke recipes with our partners.

Using age old traditional brewing techniques we create organic modern new world beers, ciders and soft drinks. All of our agricultural by-product goes to feed the free range livestock on the farm which repay us by fertilising the flint fields.

We focus on using as many locally sourced, fresh ingredients we can and the purest Scottish water to ensure we make you the best possible handmade, craft beers for you to enjoy. We don’t filter or mess with our beers. We use natural clarification processes and carbonate our beers through secondary fermentation.

We don’t always brew to specific beer styles as we don’t want to be tied down by restrictions and we believe some of the best beers are made by being inventive and thinking out of the box. We push boundaries, try new things and open some new doors to flavours and enjoyment. The journey has started.

Two Shires Cidery - 📍 East Midlands.

The first to join our new cider range on the store. Hear from them below:

We have made our own home made cider for the past few years. We started by handpicking local apples and then later adding apples from Herefordshire. We blended and mixed until we got something we liked. Our friends and family liked it too so in 2020 we decided to turn our hobby in to a full-time obsession and opened Two Shires Cidery.

We began production in a strange year and like many others, our plans changed and adapted over time but we stayed true to our ethos of making small batch, full juice cider. Our passion for making quality cider without bulking up with water or unneeded sugar drives us to search for the best ingredients and methods of production.

We use traditional methods and let natural yeast do it's job. We then spend time experimenting with different single apple varieties as well as enjoying the natural mix (and surprising results) we get from the local apples. We add a twist by adding different fruit produce to some of our blends to create a taste that always allows the apple to shine through.

We can't believe how much apple wastage we prevented just in our first year. We were overwhelmed by the local response to our shout out for apple donations. Even our waste doesn't go to waste as the spent apples are sent to a local farm for animal feed. The sense of community and people's enthusiasm to help a local business was inspiring. In response to this we have named our ciders after the people and places that have been involved in our journey so far.

Family is important to us and we want to get everyone involved. Our daughter has provided a lot of the photography for our website and our son is always busy picking apples with us in the Autumn.

We really hope you enjoy drinking our cider as much as we enjoy creating it!

My Background in food has helped develop a drink using only natural local ingredients that are packed full of flavour.

“PROPER NORTHERN VEGAN BEER”- Darkland Brewery.

Founded in 2018 in Boothtown, this is as Yorkshire as it gets. Steep hills and grit wrapped up in a cracking sense of humour.

That said, our beers are no joke. Ours is a fully vegan range, the core beers and the seasonal bevs! Wherever we can, we get the finest of local ingredients in. On the off-chance Yorkshire can’t provide, our passions lead us to the best options. The result – some absolutely belting beers.

Shildon is a northern town known for being the worlds first railway town. Before the railways came through the industrial revolution, Shildon was just a few houses on a crossroad. The opening of the Stockton & Darlington Railway in 1825 was a turning point for Britain as a whole & really put Shildon on the map.
