The much-awaited Corkk Supper evenings are back. Our first supper is on the 20th of March, cooked by Ben and Raffa of Quince, Westgate
You’ll be delighted with the distinct flavours, the fresh, seasonal and quality produce of the Quince kitchen. A testament to the amazing flavours, they are listed in the Good Food Guide and Michelin is watching them with keen interest.
And as ever, each of the three courses will be paired with wines from our cellar, to create the perfect chemistry, food, enhanced by wine and a warm home from home atmosphere.

Our Next Canterbury Wine Tasting - Perfect Pinots - Feb 27th 18:30

We love Pinot Noir. The grape is noble, delicate, expressive and versatile. In this tasting we will indulge in pinot in multiple forms - sparkling, rose, red of course, and who knows, we may even surprise you with a still blanc de noirs. We'll also discuss why this holy grail of grapes can give such a pleasing expression of terroir here in England.

What a wonderful surprise to have a couple of music legends pop into our Tunbridge Wells shop/bar and have a glass of wine or two. Nick Barbieri, acclaimed synthesiser player with Japan and now with the prog rock band Porcupine Tree and Andy Gangadeen, drummer with Massive Attack, Lisa Stansfield and now with Chase & Status, enjoyed a glass of Chardonnay.

They were absolutely charming. I hope they have a chance to visit again soon.

Four wonderful fizzes to try this week at Corkk Tunbridge Wells. The 2015 Sparkling Rosé, Brut 2020, the Blanc de Noirs 2019 and the early release Pinot Gris 2022.

The Oastbrook Sparkling Rosé is a starry dry foaming rosé. Great range of red fruits and spice grace this elegant wine.

Squerryes Brut is rich and biscuity with a fine mineral core. One of Kent's finest.

Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs has a floral scent and a bold red fruit palate. It is their signature blend with 100% estate grown fruit.

Yotes Court Pinot Gris is a vibrant, dry fizz with hints of pear and lemon fruit, on a bed of bubbles.
