The Dark Mass from Abbeydale Brewer is a very dark ruby ale brewed using 6 different malts including chocolate malts, black malts and roasted barley. Generously hopped with a mix of Columbus, Cascade, Galaxy and Green Bullet. Flavours reminiscent of bitter chocolate, fruitcake and raisins, with beautiful aromas of dark chocolate, coffee and burnt toast. A beast of a brew!
