Birra EPICA - UK Sicilian Craft Brewers We are craft brewers from Sicily.

The Epica Craft Brewery was born from the passion for craft beer of three friends, who later became partners, Elio, Piero and Carmelo. Our adventure began in 2010 as home brewers on a small 50 litre self-made plant in the most classic of home traditions: in the cellar of Piero's grandmother. It was the first laboratory of ideas where the passion for beer has turned over the years into a real "obse

ssion", up to the great professional leap. In 2013 the brewery was officially born in the Filippello district in Sinagra, Sicily our country to which we remain firmly attached.

The supply chain project continues, the agricultural heart of the brewery takes shape more and more.

We have rented some land in our splendid Nebrodi mountains and have rolled up our sleeves in recent days to prepare them for cultivation.

What will we plant? Well, we leave this in mystery for now, we will let you discover it as soon as nature bears fruit. But, if you like, take a guess 🤭

Golden with orange reflections. On the nose a rich floral bouquet. In the mouth, slightly sparkling according to traditional ale. Light, medium-bodied and a balanced finish between malt and gentle style hopping.
