We are a Small Batch Craft Gin company based in Sale that completely embraces the good old-fashioned Mancunian work ethic.
Distilling our very own gin using 13 different botanicals, most of which are sourced locally because we’re proud of where we come from and want this to be celebrated through our brand.
We aren’t about ‘fitting in’ or following the mainstream, the complete opposite, actually. We want to use our brand as a platform to celebrate individuality and teach people that it’s alright not to fit in and be the odd one out. Our message is simple, it’s okay to be different, but most importantly, it’s okay to be you.
This is where our love for the number 13 comes from. Stereotypically ‘unlucky’, the number 13 is usually avoided by the masses because of the stigma attached to it, but that’s what draws us towards it. We prefer to side with the minority and choose to see 13 for the glorious lucky number it is.
In today’s world, acceptance is more important than ever, and if we can challenge and change even just a few peoples preconceptions, and educate them at the same time, then that will male the world a slightly better place.

What does that mean ?..
Gins which have achieved scores within a fine margin of the threshold score to be a winner and are deserving of a special mention. 🙌🏼
This means it was so so close to winning and we couldn't be prouder, As most distillers know, creating a Flavoured Gin is exceptionally hard especially when it's using just one main flavour which our Rhubarb is just that! No sugar, no sweeteners and no added preservatives- just locally grown Rhubarb distilled with our base botanicals.

Like so many other small distilleries we've spoken to this year , we've come across numerous hurdles in order to get our bottles over from Germany. The paperwork is lengthy, and the extra costs would mean our current prices wouldn't be attainable for much longer..
SO - after weeks of chatting to @allied_glass and @gcpackaging about the option of our own bespoke bottle, it very quickly became apparent we weren't in that price bracket just yet!! All is not lost though , we have found a bottle very similar to our beloved current one, slightly different in shape, longer neck , more curved in body and overall a bit chunkier , we are over the moon and secretly think it's nicer than the original bottle!!
Our initial quite peeved attitudes towards everyone voting OUT of the EU has actually done us a favour and made us search the UK in order to find a solution at the right price that doesnt involve huge amounts of shipping over seas thus helping our environment by reducing our carbon footprint and keeping all our products now made in the UK. Now that's a step towards sustainability and doing the right thing, yeah!
