As Tuesday is generally the quietest day, I’ve decided to close the shop on that day for the time being.

Revised hours are therefore:

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
09.30 - 15.00

Saturday
09.30 - 13.00

Papers will be in the usual place 😊

It saddens me to say that the shop hasn’t been quite the success that I hoped for.

With the other shop in the village now shut, I thought that having only one shop would make a difference, but unfortunately it hasn’t.

I’ll stay open until the 14th October, then shut for a much needed holiday where I’ll consider my options and decide whether it’s feasible to stay open.

Kenny has been absolutely fantastic throughout my time so far in the Pop In, emotionally and financially. I ask you to keep supporting the last community business in Torphichen as once it’s gone it’s gone.

Thank you all for your support, especially to the elders of the village and those of you who have Popped In regularly. I’ll keep you all posted going forward.
