We were pleased to welcome students from Exeter College's Progression Gateway Group to our new community, Cavanna @ Elm Park, on the outskirts of Exeter.

For many, it was their first time visiting a working site and provided a real insight into the industry - especially for those working towards a career in construction.

🏡 Harley, who aspires to be a bricklayer, shared: “The visit was very interesting and informative, it gave me a lot to think about!”
🏡 Autumn, who actually lives in the new community, said: “It was an eye-opener to see how the site operates, and I learned so much.”
🏡 Zhalia added: “It was a completely new experience for me. I now understand the building process better, and it was fascinating to compare how houses are built here versus in my home country, Kurdistan.”
