Last date to swap non barcoded stamps with Royal Mail is 31st Jan 2023. You can still use them till July 2023 but any leftover won’t be swapped from Royal mail after 31st Jan.
Stamps won’t be swapped at Post Office counters.

Information for all customers:
New stamps are barcoded. Please do not tear up the barcode part as it is a part of stamp itself. Royalmail has made them individually barcoded to fight against fraudulent stamps in the market.
