Hiten and I are truly honoured to receive the award for Best customer service and
Newsagent of the year.
This recognition means so much to us both. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to The Federation of Independent Retailers, the president, vice president, everyone associated with the organisation and to all the sponsors for this honour.
Hiten and I would like to thank our team at Honey’s, whom without their hard work and dedication, none of this would be possible.
To our family and friends for their unwavering support and encouragement.
And of course our loyal and kind customers, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continuous patronage and trust. Without you, Honey’s would not be here today.
Our journey, has not been without its challenges. As we embraced a whole new world of retail convenience 12 years ago, our lives changed forever. From our very comfortable 9-5, Monday - Friday jobs in the Airfreight and Courier industries, we decided to change our world for a better future for our boys. Both 22 and 19 years now, we look back on the numerous sacrifices as a family we made. Limited family holidays, dinners together and Hiten and I working opposite to ensure our boys world remains stable whilst we grow our family business.
The tremendous support from our wonderful customers plays a vital role where Honey’s has been placed today. It is their trust and loyalty that has enabled us to thrive. Honey’s is committed to serving them and being a cornerstone for this community for many years to come.
As Honey’s looks to the future, we are excited about the opportunities ahead. We will continue to improve our services and expand our offerings to meet the ever evolving needs of our customers.
Once again, thank you kindly to everyone who has supported Honey’s over the years.
This award is not just a recognition of our hard work, but testament to the strong bonds of friendship, service and dedication we have built within our community.
