Good morning hope everyone is well , would just like to clear a few things without going into the legal issues and spreading the owners private business information all over Facebook

We are sorry the garage is closed and is a real inconvenience, it is also hard for the staff members and Kumar himself but it is a matter that is out with his control.

It is NOT that the owner is not ordering fuel or that he can’t afford to buy fuel, it is issues with supplier and trying to change suppliers, it’s not as easy as we thought it would be.

There WAS issues with supplier with previous owner as well and Kumar is trying to fix this as well as modernise the place and bring it up to a better standard.

Unfortunately we still are not any nearer to finding out when we will be able open but fingers crossed 🤞🏻 it is hopefully in the near future.

Once again sorry for all the inconvenience and hope to see customers old and new very soon

I wish someone would drop some good luck on us at some point 😞what a week and it’s not even at end yet.
Unfortunately the fuel company still has not delivered and now a lorry driver has ignored the height restrictions and has hit the canopy 😣
All we can do is apologise once again for the inconvenience this is causing it is frustrating for us as much as yourselves

Why do people think they don’t need to pay for fuel even if it is just a small amount if it registers on pump that means you got fuel, they are brand new pumps and have been thoroughly checked, tested and passed by East Ayrshire Trading Standards…going forward anyone who doesn’t pay details will be passed to police we don’t have time to chase after money and shouldn’t need to and any abuse towards staff will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave

We would like to apologise to customers old and new for any inconvenience that has been caused over the past few months.

There has been a lot of work been getting done to make the place better and more convenient and unfortunately we are still having a few minor problems.

Regarding the fuel shortage we know this is frustrating but it is beyond our control. Due to ongoing delivery problems with supplier and more people using it than normal we unfortunately run out before the scheduled delivery 😞. Fingers crossed there will be fewer problems when supplier is changed.

There will be more work happening over the next few months and hopefully won’t cause too much disruption.

We would like to thank you for your patience 😊

Quick wee reminder

❌We would be extremely grateful if customers could please use correct entry and exit (swimming pool entry-trotters exit) when possible as not everyone follows the signs❌

❌you must be over 16 to operate pumps and pay for fuel ( this is law ) anyone under will be refused ❌

❌Please do not put fuel in your car if you don’t have the funds to pay for it. Credit will be refused. There’s a policy in place for emergency situations, if it is not paid by agreed time it will be passed to police.❌

It seems silly to have to post this but these things happen on a daily basis.
