📦Hermes parcels 📦

There seems to be an issue this weekend of parcels not being in the shop for collection when customers have notifications to collect them.

On Friday the Hermes driver did not drop off any parcels to the shop and yesterday the driver did not attentd at all when they should have- we have therefore never received any new parcels for customer collections since Thursday.

I have contact Hermes regarding to find out what is happening so we will have an update tomorrow. If anyone should wish to contact Hermes I have attached the number below. Just wanted to let anyone with concerns know that it is not anything we can control, the issue is with Hermes ☹️.
Hopefully Hermes will resolve this for everyone tomorrow!
