The Dialled Negroni

A refreshing twist on the classic. Now I love a classic Negroni but this one just adds a little more depth of flavour and intensity to things. Using the alongside classic Campari for the bitterness is just divine!

Dialled Negroni
35ml Navy Rum
15ml
15ml Campari
35ml Sweet Vermouth

Give it all a stir with ice for about 25 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and enjoy!

We’re going through a little change of branding. In keeping with our No Bull$h!t Spirits ethos at .co it’s time to change the name Veloura. It has served us well since launch in January 2024 but it is 100% created using AI. I actually asked Chat Gpt to create 10 names for a cold brew liqueur and liked Veloura the most 🤦🏼‍♂️

So it’s time to welcome Dialled Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur. It’s the same great liqueur that delivers quality and flavour, just with a genuine name. A name that I came up with all by myself and that represents the dialling in of coffee that a good barista does. It also represents that I feel this liqueur is dialled in and at a level far beyond most others.

So no more AI name and certainly no more fluffy AI generated captions to make it sound so alluring to you. Just honest, great tasting cold brew liqueur that will vastly improve any drinking experience you choose to use it with!

Our flavour packed cold brew liqueur is perfect for a little playful twist on a White Russian. We like to call it a Spiced White Fenny as it uses dark spiced rum and of course all topped with a layer of decadent cream. It’s like creating the best coffee cream liqueur in a glass, fresh everytime!

Veloura Cold Brew Liqueur & Tonic

Yep that’s right, our liqueur goes beautifully with a classic tonic and loads of ice. Who knew!

I know, it seems odd but stick with me for a second. I saw this online the other day and thought it was crazy so gave it a go. My mind was blown! The sweetness and intensity of coffee from our liqueur blends so well with the almost bitterness of the tonic. So refreshing and tasty. It’s perfect for those summer bbq’s if summer ever gets going and you can have more as it’s lower abv. Win win!!
