Two Birds spirits is founded in Leicestershire and produced in the quaint market town of Market Harborough. All our Two Birds Spirits are inspired by all the great British countryside has to offer. All our Two Birds spirits are produced in small batches of just 100 bottles at a time, with great care and affection, ensuring each batch is always as good as the first. Our range of Two Birds spirits i

nclude London Dry Gin, English Vodka and Absinthe. Depending on the botanics available at specific times of the year, we also produce hedgerow and seasonal spirits - so keep an eye on the website for more to come! Our purpose built still produces our unique London Dry Gin and our infusion spirits. Care and attention is shown at every stage of creation from distillation to bottling. Like our spirits, the attention to detail on our bottles is just as important as what’s in it. Our Two Birds bottles have been meticulously designed and hand decorated with organic inks. If you’re looking for a personalised experience from your favourite spirit to give to clients, Two Birds can distill a specialist overproof Gin or Vodka.

Our Kissmopolitan is a a fun and fruity twist on a classic cosmo that's perfect whether you hitched, dating or fabulously single!

To make one...
1. Muddle 5 strawberries in a mixing glass.
2. Add 50ml Two Birds Strawberry & Vanilla Gin, 25ml Cranberry juice, 15ml Lime juice, 1/2 Egg white (from 1 egg) and ice.
3. Shake for 30 seconds. Double strain into a cold coupé glass and garnish with love heart sweets.

Our Cherry Champagne Cocktail is a sparkling sweet and sour serve that’ll make your party pop.

To make one: Add 10ml of Orgeat Syrup, 20ml of fresh lemon juice and 25ml of Two Birds Cherry & Almond Vodka to a shaker. Shake and fine strain into a chilled flute glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with lemon zest.

When our finest hedgerow spirit meets an iconic Italian cocktail, you’re rewarded with a beautifully balanced festive version of a classic Negroni.

Could there be anything more Christmassy than this Sloe Gin Negroni?

To make one: Add 15ml of Amarena Cherry Syrup, 25ml of sweet Vermouth, 25ml of Campari and 25ml of Two Birds Sloe Gin into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with Amarena cherries.
