Great effort from some of our team yesterday in the glorious sunshine. Trusses on, strapped and braced all within a few hours and considering the heat a valiant effort. Ternhill job is looking great! Tiles next week......

We cover all arena maintenance ! Over time the horses have kicked the fibre-wax sand over towards the edges which has created small valleys in the surface. Our team arrived with the machines to level and lightly harrow the surface. Good work team 👍

Some of the team have been back renovating the period cottage we started last year. This time a removal of existing floor in the living room, utility and porch. Type 1 stone was instated, followed by a sand blinding, 1200 gauge dpm and foil board insulation. C25 concrete floor and 50mm of dry screed and the then followed by finished with hand made qaurry tiles. Preservation is key in this project so as much retained as possible. Our joiner has rebuilt the existing stairs properly (as was supported with concrete block) and the small cubbyhole underneath is now usable. The original wall paneling was dry rotted at the bottom so a tile upstand will be added to remove the bad and preserve the rest. It a always very time consuming and requires extra care upon install. The client is over the moon and even made our team a cake to show there appreciation in the extra time taken 👌😎

M&SV team working hard this week ! Along with may other jobs on the go, the brick work is going up on this extension, 17 ton of concrete wheel barrowed around for the footings 💪 Quality work as always from our team !

The development situated in loggerheads is advancing to a great overall project and as with the majority of the private renovation developments, alot of amendments and adaptaions have been made along the way. All for the more suited and personalised touch of individuals lifestyle and living. It is hard to imagine a development looking at it in the current state to what it can potentially be so we are happy and pliable to cater. Majority of the structaral work on the existing development is complete, the extension has been started now the orbitorial impact survey has been completed and passed. First fix in all aspects of trade complete, plasterwork has started in preparation for kitchen fitment. It's always rewarding when they start to resemble a home 👌

Some old cattle grids taken up, concrete cut to give a clean edge for the new concrete. Sorry didn't take any pics after the concrete was poured but was a quality job as always from the M&SV team 👌 busy busy !

Another conservatory base and dwarf walls built with love from the M&SV Team ! Location was in Birmingham and the access was through the house and down some steps 🙈 We Love a good challange !
