Gin + Juice = a great pairing, in our opinion (and Snoop Dogg's)🧃 That's why we've made this Gin & Juice Cocktail using @brightonginstergram gorgeous smooth gin, our White Sugar Syrup and @eagerdrinks Grapefruit Juice. Here's everything you need: 🍸40ml @brightonginstergram Gin 🍸1/2 lime juice 🍸80ml EAGER Grapefruit Juice 🍸40ml ODK White Sugar Syrup 🍸Grapefruit wedge, for garnish 🍸Sprig of fresh thyme, for garnish 🍸Pink Himalayan salt, for salt rim 🍸Lime zest, for salt rim 🍸Ice Sprinkle the Himalayan salt and lime zest onto a small plate. Rub one grapefruit wedge around the rim of the glass and dip the glass into the salt and lime zest until the edge is lightly coated. Shake all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a glass without disturbing the rim.
