NEW BREWS// First up the lager lads are back with their new black lager, all the creaminess of a stout, maltiness of a Schwarzbier with the underlying freshness that you can always depend on with .

We’ve also got some seriously good new drops from . A session pale, Moonwatcher, their Road Soda now in can and a big punchy IPA, Couloring in.

Theres also the Hazy pale from , a juicy pale consisting of Cryo Citra, Mosaic and Voss Kevin yeast.

Last but not least, we’ve managed to restock the one and only House IPA from , now in 440ml. @ London, United Kingdom

Part of our smashable reds collection—Va te faire boire // I will make you drink - Hors Les Murs.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet franc, pressed and fermented independently. Cabernet Sauvignon gets pressed like a rose whilst the franc goes through carbonic maceration. Fresh, punchy & nothing you’d expect from these grapes. Lightly chilled or room temp, perfect for autumnal June days.

Out delivering till 8pm as usual if you need in.

We’ve just dropped the range on the shop, including their immense vodka… They cold distil in very much the same way to to not only cut waste but to extract flavours that would normally be lost with traditional methods. Their gin is also an essential for any drinks cabinet…

With all this sunshine around we thought it was about time we introduced our other import from the South of France.

Camille and Mathias, better known for their Lestignac label, started their negociant project, Hors Les Murs, as a way of championing emerging winemaking talent in the region and helping them overcome the growing environmental challenges they face every day. Not only that but we’ve been a bit stunned with how personality driven each and every bottle is, so much so that we ordered another pallet straight away.

The two that we can’t seem to put down on these balmy evenings are les brumes—a complex orange blend of Semillons, Petit Manseng and Ugniblanc, and De l’aube à l’aube—a punchy yet delicate blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot. Both to be drunk chilled whilst dreaming of more exotic lands.

So after weeks of nervously waiting, and thinking it might have even been lost arrived on our doorstep yesterday!

We visited Sven in the Pfalz region of Germany last year, back when the world was a normal place, where he talked us through his biodynamic approach and focus on producing nature led wines in a region steeped in traditional approaches. Since then we’ve been adamant on getting his wines over here and we couldn’t be more excited now that we have.

We’ll be highlighting them all in the next days but we’re going to start with his LP collection:
•
Bi***es Brew & Voyage. One is a dry Pinot blanc and Scheurebe pet Nat the other a pinot noir that goes through carbonic maceration. Both are smashable rockets to be drunk chilled, perfect for picnics in the park in line with the recent guidelines on herd immunity.
