Flor fermented 2011 Szamorodni Dry, a rare and unique wine from Château Megyer, Tokaj. 100% yellow muscat grapes, hand harvested, in one of the driest vintages of 100 years. Fermented under a layer of flor for 1 year then aged in Hungarian oak barrels for 4 years, in the cellars under Rakoczi Castle. Paired with Epoisses cheese at the Tokaji Sommelier lunch.
