This is the second year of HFC. After having a great first year with a brilliant turn out of a really lovely, friendly and encouraging crowd, we are back at the Rec for some more sweaty fun! And upon request we are going to be working out twice a week this time to double your results! Come out to play every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm. Initially we are booking for 6 weeks; just enough time to
get fit for the summer! All of the sessions will be fun but challenging. We will be playing games, doing relays, beasting circuits and tabatas! Committing to HFC twice a week will increase your overall fitness, you will lose some weight, tone up, increase your muscle mass and strength. And most importantly you will have fun as you feel better about yourself!! Every session will be different to keep it interesting. We have fully insured and REPS qualified Personal Trainer coaching and motivating you each week. Smack bang in the middle of Horsham. The Rec, Hamilton Rd, RH12 2JL!!! This year we have extra support from Sportivate, Active Sussex to help get the youngsters motivated and involved at a discounted rate for under 24's of just £36 for the 6 weeks of training in the sun. That has got to give the Xbox a rest! For the oldies the 6 weeks block of training 2x week is still only £45! Or if it suits you better you can drop-in on the day for £4.50. The HFC team:
Ross - level 3 PT, nutrition coach. Ross runs fitness classes and works as personal trainer all over the south coast!! He is part of the Lime PT(Impulse leisure) team and exclusive personal trainer at Bailffscourt Spar. Stefan:
First aider and DJ, Coach Stefan will be there to help Ross with crowd control, be guinea pig and help motivate and show you how its done. Stefan is a Health coach, has taught sports for years and is our music man and First Aid guy!! Stefan has been committed to supporting people to get healthier and fitter for many years and has gone through a brilliant transformation himself (if you see his school photo, you wont believe who the chubby one is!)
Even though we aim to have as much fun as possible we still believe that having correct form is essential while performing exercises, so will take the time to make sure you are confident and understand how and why you are doing certain exercises! Thinking about changing your diet,lifestyle, nutrition then speak to our team.. We offer full support and Well-being assessments at your home. We recommend you should talk to your local GP if you have an injury, health condition or are taking medication that may be affected by exercise. So come on your own, bring a friend, bring a group!!
