🌟 Try something new! 🌟

Turn your hot cross buns into this yummy Marmalade Hot Cross Pudding for less! With Southern Co-op members able to pick up any 2 packs of our Irresistible hot cross buns for just £3.

Slice 6 hot cross buns in half, then spread each half with butter and marmalade. Sandwich the halves back together and nestle into a greased baking dish. Mix a 500g pot of Fresh Custard with 130mls whole milk, and pour over the buns. Bake in the oven at 140°C/fan 120°C/gas 1 for about 45-50 mins until set. Sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar then grill for a few mins to caramelise.

Our nourishing smoothie is full of goodness but isn’t bitter, as some green drinks can be, thanks to the creamy avocado and sweet apple in the blend. Simply put 2 large handfuls of Co-op Baby Spinach, 1 chopped avocado and 1 chopped apple in a blender, then pour in 200ml Co-op Apple Juice and 150ml water and whizz until smooth.
