And what a lineup of luxurious beauts Siren have bestowed upon us this year.

Caribbean Chocolate Cake, 7.4% - tropical stout with cacao and cypress wood

Rocky Road Brownie, 7.8% - tropical stout with marshmallow. & honeycomb. Collab with Vault City

Chocolate Orange Tiramisu, 8.4% - tropical white stout with cacao & orange

Death by Caribbean Chocolate Cake, 12.2% - imperial tropical stout with cacao, cypress & amburana wood

All contain lactose for added smooooth, sweet and silky delight.

Them cakes don't hang around, so snap 'em up like... hot cakes.

This year's trio of obnoxiously beguiling barrel-aged specials from Fierce would make a very handsome start to a Christmas stash... but to be honest we'd be amazed if they make it that far 🤤

Two Year Bourbon Edition: signature VBM recipe, packed with cacao and vanilla, 12.5%

Maple & Hazelnut Edition: VBM plus maple syrup and hazelnut, aged in bourbon infused maple syrup barrels, 12.5%

Rye Old Fashioned Edition: VBM matured in rye whiskey cask with a twist of orange, 12.5%

All vegan.

At 2pm on Sunday to round off a spectacular fest, we will be opening one each of these magnificent barrel aged imperial stout beasts.

Tickets to partake will be available from midday at a cost of £9.95, entitling you to one tasting glass of each stout. Tickets are suuuuper limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

We were having a conversation the other day about how, although there are loads of really, really great beers launching all the time, it's not THAT often you crack one and it hits that exact sweet spot, ticks boxes you aren't even consciously aware of and makes you fall in love with craft beer all over again.

Bigging it up pretty heavily here, but we had that moment with Opening Theme by Left Handed Giant this week. Nelson, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, big hazy joy.
