🎀 Bubble Gum Colada: Sweet, Fun, and Totally Extra! 🍭✨
The Bubble Gum Colada is here to bring you cotton candy vibes and tropical flair in every sip! 🌴🍹

Ingredients:

4 oz cream of coconut
1 bag of bubble gum (for flavor and garnish)
1 oz rum (or more, if you’re feeling adventurous!)
1 lollipop (for garnish)
Frosting (for decorating the glass rim)

Directions:
Rim the Glass: Spread frosting around the rim of a margarita glass for a sweet and decorative touch.
Blend the Drink: In a blender, combine cream of coconut, rum, and a few pieces of bubble gum. Blend with ice until smooth and frothy.
Assemble: Pour the mixture into your prepared glass and top with a dollop of frosting or cotton candy for a whimsical finish.
Garnish: Add a lollipop or a piece of bubble gum for the ultimate candy-themed cocktail.

Story of the wine:
In 2023, Quinta do Paço became the first vineyard in the Iberian Peninsula to
receive Zero Residue certification from Zerya®
, reflecting its commitment to
sustainable practices. Casa Américo, the owner of Quinta do Paço, named its
Pucaro wine line after a traditional clay cup offered to noblemen after long
journeys. Casa Américo was founded to fulfill the dream of Américo Seabra, who
emigrated to the U.S. in 1967 but always longed to produce wines in his
homeland of Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region of Dão. In
2009, his sons established the winery in his honor, dedicated to crafting wines
that reflect the unique terroir of granitic soils, 400-600 meters above sea level,
influenced by the surrounding 2,000-meter mountains. Casa Américo's mission
is to produce noble wines that express the region's elegance and freshness
while enhancing the local land and culture.

Ageing:
Touriga Nacional grapes are crushed and fermented at 24ºC. After fermentation,
the wine ages 9 months in French oak barrels, followed by at least 18 months in
bottle before release. This process enhances structure, integrating fruit and
oak, resulting in a rich, full-bodied wine with refined tannins and depth.
