Currently Royal Mail are asking you to inform them if you require all mail products to be left for us until they are collected, this is a free to use service.

Be careful many other scams out there.

Now in full working Order!!!

Can we apologise for the disruption brought to you all from the 20th March, affecting Businesses and the General Public
The Post Office has been closed more than open.
With Broadreach 1st time outside issue fixed then replacement hardware internally the 2nd trip.
The Post Office replacing equipment which was not ever passed to be reinstalled. (REFURBISHED) the Post Office believed was passed fit.

I’ve escalated this complaint in writing to the management so lessons can be learnt I’m thinking new procedures have taken place possible shortcuts.

Let’s hope other branches don’t suffer this circus going forward.

Notice About Lolli
As most of you are aware Lolli went over to Denmark at the end of October as her father was unfortunately terminally I’ll and sadly passed away in December.

Lolli stayed to pack down the house as her mum moved to a flat with no stairs, at this point Lolli went to hospital and had a operation there in Denmark.

She returned back to Exeter on the 6th January but that day I took her to the Accident and Emergency unit at the RDE in Exeter where she has been confined to her own room in the hospital since that day with the possibility of another operation to come, as been mentioned in the last few days.

Our staff member Tina, Can I please at this time thank her for the gallant effort she has put in over the last few months massively stepping up with added duties and responsibilities, fantastic Thank You Tina.

At this point of time please may you respect our privacy regarding this matter.

Your understanding is appreciated.

- Invest in your community

- Get better service ( that’s what we are aiming for 🙌)

We are a convenient shop and know our limits
But with the Post Office being a service to the community it is simple if you don’t use you will lose it the same as cash
We are happy for the support and have wonderful customers all we ask for is to be mindful of your local community and support the businesses and groups in it

A reminder that Royal Mail have increased the price of some their services including 1st Class stamps from 2nd of October
So the next couple of weeks might be the time to stock up on 1st class stamps before the price increase 😊😉
