What can you expect when you attend a baby massage course with Florence and Martha Baby Massage and Yoga Classes?

✅ First of all you will receive a warm welcome! I know how nerve wracking it can be attending a baby class for the first time, I have been there.
✅ Classes are designed to benefit both you and your baby and aim to make you feel special.
✅ Classes are baby led. Please don't worry if your baby needs feeding, changing or needs to sleep. (I have a spare doll for you to practice massage on if baby is sleeping). We will always be led by the babies!
✅ Classes will provide a great opportunity to meet other parents/cares and may just be a the start of a beautiful friendship.
✅ Classes are aimed appropriately for age and stage of development offering a lovely sensory experience but without sensory overload.
✅ You will learn variety of baby massage strokes that can help relax baby, address tummy and teething issues.
