!!SHOP LIFTERS !! Again we had bunch of Beacon School kids (2 boys and 4 girls) walked in to our Post Office at Croft Road in the morning and try to steal Vapes. My staff spotted it and ask them to leave . Later in the afternoon same bunch of kids came in and stole items from the shelves and about to leave the store, my staff asked them to pay before they leave. The kids pushed my staff on the chest and staff's phone fell on the floor and damaged. They kept swearing at her, refused to pay and walked away. I know some customers was at the post office that time spotted this as well. This keep happening at our store and these kids are from Beacon School. I already made a complaint to the school and provided them all the images of the kids (back in May) school never got back to me with the action they have taken against these kids. My staffs do not feel safe running the Post Office in Crowborough high street. I have the CCTV footage and I have provided to police last time as well. But no response from police either. What are my option to avoid this happening again?? 😡
