Progress update on my shawl :)

I realised yesterday that this pattern is actually an intermediate level pattern which is a massive step up for me! It's so intricate and detailed it's unreal.

After having recently started a new job I have found I have very little time to crochet, but the last 2 days I have decided to try something new, and seeming complicated!

I was originally going to use this yarn for myself however it isn't suitable for what I wanted it for which is a shame but the gradient and colour changes will turn into an amazing shawl!!

Lately, most of what I've made I haven't liked, while they look good and don't have anything wrong with them I haven't felt a lot of joy or excitement from making it. Until today. I am so so happy with how these gloves turned out, rows were frogged on many occasions, there was much confusion and learning as I went but I did it and they only took me a day. If I hadn't sat here and made them I would have thought I'd gotten them from a shop. I would like to share this and just say that don't give up, even if you feel your work is getting better or if you're just not feeling what you've made, keep going, keep expanding the types of creations because you will find it ❤️❤️
