Hazy IPA - Bright bursts of citrusy aromas and flavours jump out of this hazy and easy drinking IPA. It's the perfect beer for a retro futurists and progessive nostalgists!

Choronoscepter - Imperial Stout
Our search for all the pieces of the legendary Choronoscepter opened portals to different dimensions of flavour. Our VERY BELATED(!!!) 7th birthday imperial baklava cheesecake stout can be enjoyed by both dinosaur hunters and dinosaurs.

Cerebral Bore - Imperial Sour Pear and Plum Crumble
We've altered the Cerebral Bore, so it's sensors now home in on all things plum and pear.

Ribbit Road - Pastry Sour
Ribbit Road - Cherry, Orange, Pomegranate and Vanilla Pastry Sour - Inspired by retro arcades and careless frogs, this cherry, pomegrante, orange and vanilla sour is sweet, tart, and balanced (like a frog on a log).

𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 -𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿
ABV 4.5% - Pouring a deep ruby red colour, we’ve double dipped our favourite fruit to create a sweet-sour symphony and a velvety smooth finish.
This decadent dessert sour combines juicy Scottish strawberries with the rich, luxurious taste of creamy chocolate.

𝗗𝗗𝗙 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 - 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝘂𝘁
The latest abomination in our series takes inspiration from chocolate caterpillar cake, and begs the question; is anything safe from Scottish chippies …or breweries? We’ve pushed chocolate levels to the limit, combining chocolate malts and wheat with cacao husks, nibs, cholaca and cocoa powder for the ultimate indulgent imperial stout.
Expect a rich, velvety mouthfeel and layers of vanilla so smooth it could squash supermarket squabbles with a single sip.

👑 Hiyaaa! 👑
Been a while but I'm back! Working (drinking) from home because of the latest addition to my little zoo 👶

Today's tipple is this moderate strength breakfast type fruity beer. Amundsen - Orange Soda Ice Cream Pastry Sour - 6%. And it's almost cheaper than a freshly squeezed orange juice from a posh supermarket. Almost.

You might be thinking those words don't belong together in a sentence. Well you'd be wrong. They go together like an absolute bloody dream.

It's not as thiccc as previous Amundsen's I've had the pleasure of quaffing previously but it doesn't need to be. Not all sours need to be drunk with a spoon.

It's sweet & tart, fragrant & fresh, the pastry element is only mild but just enough to cut the sharpness.

Banging artwork as usual. Nice one to add to my collection. 😁

Overall, a solid 7 👑
