Not only does it taste good, it looks good too. 😉
With an elegant rope handle and smooth tubular shape, this is a classy take on the bag in box phenomenon.
Aged five months in large Slavonian oak barrels, this beautiful Montepulciano d’Abruzzo offers a nose laden with bright cherries, red plums and ripe strawberries. On the palate it has a lovely balance of intense fruit and freshness.

🌱Pecorino is not only a delicious cheese made from sheep’s milk but it also happens to be a wonderful grape used to make a crisp and fruity white wine. Bright fruity nose with aromas of lemon and orange combined with white blossoms, ripe apple, peach, apricot and minerality.

Super interesting on the palate with some wild herb and acacia honey notes. There is roundness to the palate, yet bright acidity shines through. Great with oysters but also delicious with all kinds of fish, shellfish and soft cheeses.

They are perfect as an aperitif and a wonderful accompaniment to fish dishes.

Our Passerina grapes produce a lovely dry, peach and citrus-driven sparkling wine. It is full of floral aromas of white flowers and sage. On the palate it is rich and inviting with a bright creamy fizz and a citrusy, mineral zing.

This sparkling Passerina is elegant and less sweet than your average Prosecco. A lovely complex fizz!

Not only does it taste good, it looks good too. It is the most attractive portable wine you have seen so far. With an elegant rope handle and smooth tubular shape, this is a classy take on the bag in box phenomenon. This type of packaging is also eco- friendly. Easily recycled it takes up less space both in transit and in storage and being lighter to transport than glass, it maintains a low environmental impact. 🌱🍷

🍷Our Torri Cantine Pinot Grigio is not one of the many mass-produced with nothing much to say. It is fresh and zesty, but there is more power, structure, and flavour from this grape than you have experienced before.

The flavour and texture make this Pinot Grigio an excellent food pairing or to keep it simple, served ice cold whilst basking in some warm summer sun!

🌱A beautiful overview of our estate near the village of Pietranico, in the centre of the Abruzzo region, at an altitude of 400 above meter above sea level, about 25 miles inland from the coastal town of Pescara. A paradise for flora and fauna.

The Rosarubra estate is a true unspoiled biodynamic oasis of over 70 acres of vineyards, olive groves and oak forests that we manage employing biodynamic agricultural techniques. Biodynamics is an evolution of organic farming, a system of practices aimed at recovering and preserving the soil life and fertility. Essentially, biodynamics is a holistic view of agriculture.

The environment surrounding our estate is the very essence of our wines. Wolves, foxes, ducks, herons, and many other birds have made our estate their home.

Trebbiano is one of Italy’s most planted, but least talked about white grapes. 📦Our Bag in Boxes are a triumph of technology, bringing top class wines to you for regular everyday consumption, without having to open a new bottle when you just fancy a glass or two!

The bag in box is perfect for frequent consumption and not designed for long term ageing or storing, however they taste so good this wont be a problem!

🥂Once opened, they will keep between four and six weeks, longer if stored in the cool. The white wines are best stored in the fridge for the ultimate taste and freshness.

🍇Passerina is one of the most popular native white grape of Abruzzo in central Italy. The name is related to the House Sparrow (in Italian “Passero”). These birds love eating delicious sweet Passerina tiny berries (thankfully not all of them!) Light in body and more delicate compared to a Pecorino, wines made from Passerina are crisp and elegant with lovely floral and fruity notes.

Torri Cantine grow Passerina grapes in sun-kissed vineyards, using only organic agriculture techniques.
Perfect for salads, fish and as an aperitivo.

👀Color: Pale, bright straw yellow.
👃Nose: Excellent intensity with floral notes of sage and yellow fruits of peach, apricot and citrus.
🍷Taste: Dry, bright and fresh with a ripe citrus character, some minerality and a palate of peach and acacia. Well balanced with a lasting freshness.
