We apologise to our customers for our paypoint services not being working for 3 weeks now
It’s just as frustrating for us as it is for you guys
We have made numerous phone calls - not being answered
Emailed 3 different paypoint addresses - not being replied to
Had a rep in last week for a different matter, told him about the issue, he tried to get in touch with someone, to no avail. Said he had another shop to visit and will pop back after it ……still waiting
One of the worst company’s to deal with
We would advise customers to have any parcels sent to and from an alternative retailer.
We are still trying our hardest to have this matter resolved urgently
We will not tolerate any abuse in regards to this issue
