We are recruiting at Turton Wines & The Slaughtered House 🍷🧀
Do you have a keen interest in wine?
We are looking for enthusiastic bar staff to join our team.
Must be over 18, have at least 1 years bar service experience, great team spirit, an eye for detail and excellent customer service skills!
Shifts will vary but are likely to be 1 or 2 days over Friday, Saturday & Sundays, varying start times to latest Midnight to cover a variety of events (Wine Tastings & private functions etc ) - Part-time.
If proven to have a keen interest in the business, there will be opportunities to further your wine training and career.

HOME TASTING KITS 🍷
Our tasting kits are perfect for getting friends together tasting some fantastic bottles or as a gift for a wine lover... Wine from our house to your home! 🏡
We have a variety of home tasting kits available to choose from 🍇
Our team have selected 4 great bottles for each home tasting and just like a Slaughtered House Wine Tasting, the evening starts with a glass of fizz! Also included is a How to Taste Guide and Tasting Notes for each bottle of wine.
If you want the full Slaughtered House experience call up and order a takeaway cheeseboard from the bar* or select items from our shop Deli* - Cheese, Crackers, Chutney, Pickles, Olives, Nuts and Crisps.
(*Takeaway cheeseboards from the bar are available Friday-Sunday during bar opening hours. Deli items from the shop can be ordered online or purchased in the shop)

IT'S INTERNATIONAL MERLOT DAY 🍇
Merlot can range from fruity, smooth, and easy-going to age-worthy, full-bodied, and sophisticated. Often blended with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot is not one to be underestimated. Merlot is the second-most planted grape in the entire world and it's also the most planted grape variety in Bordeaux.
We have some fantastic stand alone Merlot's along with some brilliant blends available in the shop & online, make sure to take a look 🙌🏼
