A couple of new arrivals from have hit the shelves this week!

🥃 Speymalt from Macallan 2005 (57.3%)
Stewed apple aromas with hazelnut and cinnamon. The palate holds raspberry compote with dried banana and cocoa powder, with toasted oak and white pepper on the finish.

🥃 Tormore 1995 (57.1%) - Connoisseurs Choice
Bright orange peel aromas combine with sweet raspberry clove and cinnamon spice. Meanwhile, black flavours complement festive spices and stewed apple. Finally, a full and spicy finish with lingering citrus fruits.

The Sherry Collection is a trio of limited edition Tomatin single malts. These whiskies highlight the distinct influence of Manzanilla, Palo Cortado, and Pedro Ximénez casks - three unique expressions, each bottled at different ages to showcase the whiskies at their peak. 🥃

Rosebank Distillery situated in the Scottish Lowlands was closed in 1993.

Over the past few years this iconic distillery has been brought back to life by its new owners Ian Macleod Distillers, and production began again in 2023.

This whisky is from some of the last distillations before closure in 1993. It is rich, elegant, complex and balanced. POA

Matured in a combination of American Oak ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. A deep, complex and well-balanced single malt. There are touches of fresh fruit, hints of toffee and butterscotch, and a long smooth, sweet finish.
