Ingredients:
50 ml Alnwick Golden Spiced Rum
25 ml orange juice25 ml sugar syrup
25 ml lime juice
12 ml sugar syrup
Ice
orange peel garnish (optional)

Method:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
2. Combine all the ingredients into the shaker
2. Give it a shake
3. Strain into your chosen glass and add the garnish

Ingredients:
60 ml Alnwick Rum Pineapple & Coconut
88 ml pinapple juice
30 ml coconut cream
Ice
pineapple wedge or cherry garnish (optional)

Method:
1. Fill your blender with ice cubes
2. Pour in the Pineapple & Coconut Rum and pineapple juice, a taste of the tropics.
3. Top it off with the coconut cream
4. Blend until you achieve that dreamy, frothy texture
5. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry for that tropical touch

Indulge in the refreshing taste of a raspberry mojito, the perfect summer beverage with Alnwick White Knight Rum.

Ingredients:
100ml White Rum
Sparking water (add to taste)
1 lime into chunks
2 tsps granulated sugar
2 mint springs, picked leaves
8-10 rasberries
Crushed ice
lemon, thinly sliced (optional)

Method:
1. Divide raspberries, lime and sugar between two tall glasses, then gently crush them with the end of a bar spoon to release their juices and mix with the sugar.
2. Bruise the mint leaves to release their flavour and drop them in each glass
3. Add a handful of ice to each glass, followed by white rum, stir, then pour sparkling water to top up.
